Our apprenticeship offering is wide-ranging: whether production, technology, the lab, IT or administration – you'll find the apprenticeship that matches your interests. From day one, you're a genuine part of our company and take on real responsibility for products that help people. Around ten per cent of our workforce are apprentices, which shows how important developing new talent is to us. Those who start their apprenticeship with us also have a good chance of staying part of our team for the long term and growing together with us.

A community of apprentices
Dedicated meetings let you connect with fellow apprentices without interruption – plus shared trips and activities just for apprentices.
Our apprenticeship programmes
Industrial Clerk (m/f/d)
You get to know commercial processes, from purchasing and sales to accounting and human resources.
Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) – Metal and Plastics Technology
You set up machines, operate them, and help keep our production running.
Chemical Laboratory Technician (m/f/d)
You work in the lab, testing raw materials and products for quality, and learn how to carry out chemical analysis and document the results.
Plastics and Rubber Technologist (m/f/d) – Moulded Parts
You learn how our products are manufactured using the injection moulding process.
IT Specialist (m/f/d) – Systems Integration
You look after the IT systems that keep our production and administration running.
Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d) – Machinery and Plant Engineering
You maintain and optimise our machines and equipment. This role is currently filled – there's no new apprenticeship place planned for 2027. We'll list it on our Azubiyo profile again once that changes.
Fairness
The same apprenticeship pay for everyone
Whether it's administration, IT, the lab or production: all our apprenticeships start at €1,000 in the first year, rising to as much as €1,250 – whichever trade you train in. For us, that's a matter of fairness.
